HNLU is established in 2003 in New Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. It has been titled after former Chief Justice Mohammad Hidayatullah. It is affiliated with University Grants Commission under the act 1956. It is one of the most reputable centres for legal education and it proffers great opportunities for the students to interact with all the sectors of the state. The basic goal of the university is to enhance the professional education and training and grow the sense of responsibility among students and research scholars to serve society in best possible way.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

Admissions are strictly based on Common Law Admission Test in accordance with the Supreme court of India’s directives. Students who want to get admission in undergraduate or post graduate courses in Hidayatullah National Law University should pass the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) which is conducted every year by the university.
