Igdir University was founded in 2008, located in the south of Igdir, Turkey. It is one of the recently and well built universities in Turkey. It has small number of faculties, institutes and schools in it. It started its education services as single program but now it has eight first and five second education programs. Their vision is to become a high level University Internationally by producing most number of graduates. Due to its proper Maintenance it is developing quickly these days with the support of communities and governor’s assistance.

Faculties

Igdir University offers both graduate and undergraduate programs. Igdir University has four Faculties including Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Science and Literature and Faculty of Engineering.

Institutes

Igdir University has three Institutes named as Institute of Natural Sciences, Institute of Health Sciences and Institute of Social Sciences.

Vocational Schools

Vocational Schools are for the advancement of the knowledge for students. Students of Igdir University have two Vocational Schools for the training of graduate students including Igdir Vocational School and Health Services Vocational School.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

There are many ways of getting admission in Igdir University. But for the local students, there is an admission test which is compulsory for the students. And for those who want to take admission as international student.
