In 1976, Osmaniye Vocational School was formed and Higher education started in Osmaniye. Earlier in 1982, it was affiliated to Cukurova University. As a whole, Osmaniye Korkut Ata University was founded in 2007. Erzin Vocational School was established in Erzin and connected to the newly Osmaniye Korkut Ata University.

Osmaniye Korkut Ata University has only two institutes namely Institute of Science and Institute of Social Sciences

Vocational Schools:

In Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, there are vocational schools so that the students should also get training regarding their courses. Vocational Schools are Bahce Vocational School, Duzici Vocational School, Erzin Vocational School, Kadirli Vocational School and Osmaniye Vocational School.

Departments:

There are some departments in Osmaniye Korkut Ata University for students including Department of Ataturk Principles and Revolution History, Department of Fine Arts, Department of Foreign Languages, Department of Informatics, Department of Physical Education and Sports and Department of Turkish Language.

Osmaniye Korkut Ata University has three faculties including Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Faculty of Engineering.

Admission Procedure 2025 - 2026

There are number of ways of getting admission in Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. For the students within the state, admission test is obligatory for them. GMAT, GRE and SAT are the general tests and to take admission as an international student, 650 or greater marks are required in GMAT, 320 in GRE and 2000 in SAT tests.
