Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University was established in the year 1973. It is situated in the town named Srinagar which is in the India state of Uttarakhand. In the year 2009, Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University was transformed into Central University. The university is among the ten largest universities in India having more than 180 colleges affiliated to it.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

The applicants must successfully clear the intermediate education in order to apply for the undergraduate program. The eligibility criteria may differ from department to department. However, for the admission in the postgraduate programs, the candidate must have bachelor’s degree. Minimum SAT score = 2000 is required for foreign students to get admission.
