It was established in the year 1987 in the city of Raipur which is the capital city of Indian state Chattisgarh. The University mainly emphasize on the studies of Agriculture. That’s why the University aims to cater the needs of the farmers in the state. There are many private and government colleges affiliated to it.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

The University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate/diploma and doctoral programs in the above the mentioned programs. Candidates must clear Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board of the State Government in order to get the admission in the undergraduate program. Moreover, the students must have intermediate education. For the admission in the postgraduate programs the applicant must clear the Common Entry Test (CET) and they must possess bachelor’s degree. For foreign students the criteria for admission is following GMAT = 550 GRE = 280 SAT = 1600
