The University of Vocational Technology (UNIVOTEC) aims to be the leading University in the fields of Technical and Vocational education. Some of the objectives of the University are the provision of pedagogical training up to degree level for trainers serving in the technical and vocational sectors, offering courses of study for middle level technical personnel and to provide courses of study for those with National Vocational Qualifications.
Programs and Courses
The University offers the following programs: Degree Programs: Bachelor of Education in Technology, Education in Technology (English Language Teaching Degree), Technology in ICT (Multimedia & Web Technology),Technology in ICT (Network Technology), Technology in ICT (Software Technology), Technology in Building Services Technology, Technology in Manufacturing Technology and Mechatronics Technology. Diploma Programs: National Diploma in Television Post-Production Technology, National Diploma in Television Program Production Technology, Training Technology – ELT, National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and English. Short-term Programs: Training of Assessors (5 days course)
